Billing Audits

A written diagnosis of what your current process is losing. Free, and yours regardless.

Free, and yours whether you hire us or not.

What breaks here

Most practices cannot answer a simple question: are we being served well? The monthly report has numbers on it, but not the numbers that would reveal a problem. Denials appear as a percentage rather than a pattern. Aged A/R appears as a total rather than a set of decisions.

That is a design choice, not an accident. Opaque reporting protects whoever produced it.

What we do about it

You give us read-only access. We pull ninety days of claims, denials and A/R aging, plus a sample of charts for a coding review, and we return a written report with numbers in it.

It takes about a week. There is no cost, no obligation, and no requirement to speak to anyone afterwards. Take it to any billing company you like, including the one you already use — that is a legitimate use of it and we would rather you did that than switch on a sales call.

Net collection rate is the line that reveals a problem. It is also the one most reports leave off.

Ask any billing company this

“Will I get the audit findings in writing, and can I keep them?”

A verbal walkthrough on a call is a sales presentation. A written report is a deliverable.
